About our meditation classes

Our classes are aimed at beginners, but people who have been meditating for a while will certainly also benefit.

We teach a wide variety of practical meditation techniques:

  • concentration exercises on the breath or on an external object
  • meditation on the heart centre – the place in the middle of the chest where you feel a sense of ‘self’
  • meditations using music, mantra and visualisation

During the classes and workshops, we intersperse meditation sessions focusing on different exercises with brief talks on topics such as:

  • what meditation is
  • how to integrate it with your daily life
  • how to set up your own daily practice
  • how meditation can go beyond stress relief and unleash the true power that lies within each one of us.
